Drip Bag - Temanggung

Named after the Mandailing people. Often processed with the unique "wet-hulling" method (Giling Basah) which gives it a distinct profile.

Tasting Note: Wet Cedar / Forest Floor / Stewed Figs / Earth / Herbs

How to use:

1. Open the drip bag along the indicated line.

2. Place the drip bag on a coffee cup.

3. Prepare 180mL of hot water (90-92°C). Slowly pour a sufficient amount to soak the coffee.

4. Rest for 20 seconds.

5. Pour the remaining water. Rest for another 1-2 minutes before removing the drip bags.

 

*Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
