Free delivery to Hong Kong on order over HKD$500.

For local orders, It will take 3-7 business days. 

  

* NOT include Islands District and Remote Area Surcharge (Freight collect)

Free delivery to oversea on order over HKD$1000

For international orders, it will take about 14-28 business days depending on your location.

1001HK takes no responsibility for lost shipments although we will do our best to track them down. 1001HK cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.

​"Pick up at Showroom" please pick up at Kwun Tong Showroom after receiving notification email. If items have not been pick up 3 months since email sent, order will be cancelled and will not refund.
