Free delivery to Hong Kong on order over HKD$500.

For local orders, It will take 3-7 business days.
* NOT include Islands District and Remote Area Surcharge (Freight collect)

Free delivery to oversea on order over HKD$1000
For international orders, it will take about 14-28 business days depending on your location.

1001HK takes no responsibility for lost shipments although we will do our best to track them down. 1001HK cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.

#Due to Convid-19 pandemic, flight suspensions have taken a toll on global shipping services. Many national postal services have announced temporary route suspensions and expect delays on most other routes. Therefore, our free delivery services may be unpredictably delay.

"Pick up at Showroom" please pick up at Kwun Tong Showroom after receiving notification email. If items have not been pick up 3 months since email sent, order will be cancelled and will not refund.
All notices will be sent by email ONLY, please check your junk mailbox if you cannot receive the email.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We provide 7 days replacement service. Any products received within 7 days and that are defective (not include defects caused by careless use by the buyer). We would arrange for replacement of same product that customer ordered, with same quantity. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To exchange any items, please email us at info@1001hk.com.
No products may be exchanged if used or damaged. Postage will not be refunded, if any. 1001HK reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
