麥卡倫威士忌釀酒師史蒂文·布雷姆納（Steven Bremner）在麥卡倫酒莊舉辦了一場大師班，邀請了六位來自咖啡和紙張領域的專家，分享他們從咖啡豆到杯中咖啡的全過程，揭示了這一獨特的製作工藝以及每個階段的獨特風味特徵。

作為麥卡倫和諧系列第二款威士忌，其包裝設計別具匠心，巧妙地將廢棄的咖啡豆殼賦予新生，完美展現了麥卡倫與咖啡世界的融合。同時，精湛的紙藝工藝也凸顯了咖啡的價值。

1001HK非常欣賞這種融合品味與藝術的跨界合作。因此在今次的威士忌酒盒改造項目上，我們也花了點心思挑選合適的設計——選用歐式指針以呼應麥卡倫的美學理念，並以咖啡豆元素點綴。最終，包裝盒化身為獨特的時鐘擺設，以全新的形式延續其價值與故事。

Much like whisky, coffee is a beverage that has been enjoyed for hundreds of years. It’s a universal language and an integral part of many different cultures worldwide. The second release in The Macallan Harmony Collection is inspired by the essence of this special drink to create two unique single malts with exceptional flavour and character.

The Macallan Whisky Maker Steven Bremner, hosted a masterclass at The Macallan Estate and invited six masters, from the worlds of coffee and paper, shared their expertise on the journey from bean to cup, which also uncover this unique process and the distinct flavour profiles at each stage.

And for the packaging of this second release in The Macallan Harmony Collection, which is a innovative design to give new life to discarded coffee bean husks, perfectly showcasing the fusion of The Macallan and the world of coffee, the piece also highlights the value of coffee through its refined paper craftsmanship.

At 1001HK, we truly appreciate this cross-disciplinary collaboration that blends taste and artistry. For this upcycled whisky box project, we devoted extra thought to the redesign — selecting European-style clock hands to complement The Macallan’s aesthetic, and adding coffee bean details as accents. The packaging is thus transformed into a distinctive clock display, allowing its value and story to live on in a new form.
