Temanggung 150g

Grown near Borobudur Temple's volcanic slopes. This is an imitation of Kopi Joss, a unique coffee drink from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Its characteristic is that a piece of red-hot charcoal is added to freshly brewed black coffee, making the onomatopoeia "Joss". In the process, it absorbs some caffeine, reduces the acidity, and adds a unique caramel aroma.
